Delivery:

The delivery must be signed by the customer or individual authorized by the customer
to accept the delivery. When an order arrived, it is imperative that it is inspected
for damage, shortage, etc. Even though items are packaged properly, unfortunately
transit related damage may occur. Please don’t sign and accept the shipment without
recording details.
*GOZIAHome will not be responsible to replace or repair any damage that has not
been refused and documented at time of delivery.

Our Ground shipping charges are only valid for shipments to contiguous 48 states.
Shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories may be subject to

Returns:
Our customer satisfaction is our #1 Priority! If for any reason you are not
100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the day
your order was delivered. The item must be in its original condition and packaging
to be processed for the return or store credit. Simply email our customer service
department at info@goziahome.com to obtain a return authorization number and directions
for returning your item. Please do not send merchandise back with out an authorization
number, returned items without authorization number will not be accepted.
All refunds will be made in the original payment method used.
